For physicians · Explore formation

Start with colleagues you trust.

Could you help bring a trusted physician team together around an institution’s coverage need?

You choose your colleagues.

Trust is built over years. This invitation is to assemble peers you already know and trust, and explore whether you could responsibly undertake the coverage together.

Clinical Capacity Institute (CCI) and CCS* do not assign physicians to a unit. The team chooses its members, governance and commitments.

Explore quarterbacking the formation

Consider whether you want to bring those colleagues together, clarify the institution’s need and help organize the formation process. This is an exploratory role—not a personal promise to supply the entire coverage requirement.

Before committing, the parties must establish the contracting entity, leadership, individual duties, backup, replacement, licensure, credentialing, malpractice coverage and funded terms.

CCI provides educational resources. CCS may offer formation and continuing stewardship services when engaged; you are welcome to use the public resources and organize independently without hiring CCS. Formation support is best explored before commitments are made.

Prefer to remain solo?

You can explore originating a separate direct institutional relationship with obligations appropriate to your own capacity. That is a different opportunity from undertaking the team coverage posted on this board.

You are free to decline.

Exploration creates no commitment or claim on your time. There is no obligation to form a team, supply coverage or purchase services.
